The new and returning voters of Pagadian City visited the off-site voters' registration area at the ground floor of the City Commercial Center (C-3) Mall on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023, to register for the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections in October this year. Atty. Jed Labador, the city election officer said that the registration starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
